写真ではアニーが悲しんでいるように見えると言ったら、別の理由で悲しんでいるのかもしれないので、アニーがボーイフレンドに振られたとは限らないという結論だった。
まあ、設問に対して、素直に答えを返せということで
1. Her boyfriend dump Annie last week. = the boy broke up with the girl. = Annie still loves her boyfriend
2. Annie dump her boyfriend last week. = The girl broke up with the boy = the boyfriend still loves her.
