前回と同様、are か have か迷って have を選んだ。ずっと世話してきたというイメージで。
have だと、貧しい人たちが適切に面倒をみた、になってしまう。
面倒を見てもらう、受け身の形が適切かと。

coffeeは不可算名詞なので、a cup of coffee, two cups of coffee のように数える。
s が付くのは coffee じゃなくて、cup の方。

重量、時間、距離、金額などを1つのかたまりとして考える場合、単数扱いになる。
