A number of A　多くのA、複数を表すので動詞は複数形で受ける。
a lot of と同じだよ。a number of で覚えろ。

Day 14
全問正解だけど１つ迷ったのが

No か None のどちらか。
None は代名詞なので名詞の amount を修飾できない。
名詞の amount を修飾して、文全体を否定できるのはNoだけ。
