Correct: I have never seen someone using a gramophone.
2. You said: Someone came to trash together... 
Correct: Someone would come to collect our trash...
3. You said: This is old school phone.
Correct: This is an old school telephone.
4. You said: I only have old school mobile phone.
Correct: I only have an old school flip phone.

折りたたみ携帯はmobile phoneではなく、 flip phoneらしい。

old schoolというフレーズは本当に使うのか聞いたら、日常的に使うと言っていた。
